Change Conversation Subject
All of the activities in Lync are saved in the Conversations List. The activities have generic names: Phone Call, Meeting, Conversation.

You can change the subject to make it easier to find a Conversation later.

4. Try This: Change the Conversation Subject
Go to Lync->Online Meeting->More.
Select Change Conversation Subject....
You will be prompted to Change the Subject.
Type a subject: Picnic Presentation Revisions.
